Corvette Widowhood

Then, 2 years ago, we acquired the second corvette – a 1970 big block in Donnybrook Green. This ‘70 beauty needed some serious love. While we had the numbers-matching engine, it wasn’t actually in the vehicle. It needed a lot of work.  She had sat, immobile, in pieces for over 20 years. Bloomington Survival – Day 1

Matt and his dad are headed to the Bloomington Gold car show in Indianapolis this week. I am, for all intents and purposes, a single dog mom this week. This is the longest that Matt and I have been apart in almost 11 years of marriage. I decided to journal my experiences on the off chance that they are somewhat amusing.
